New hotel with huge room. Excellent location and service. We got upgraded to upper floor. Nice view from our room's balcony. We love the breakfast especially the raw fish rice bowl. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay a lot.

Everything about this hotel is impeccable. When we arrived, they knew a child was with us, so they had set out two glasses of tea (one for each of us), and a glass of orange juice (for our child). Each detail is intentional. Our child was 3 months, and they had a baby bed available and delivered to us when we got to the room. The room is spacious and although there is the option to open the window, the room is fresh smelling and not musty. There are a variety of free events/experiences and additional ones for purchase. There are family friendly areas, and other areas to experience peace and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. We are definitely planning to stay here again.

I have no idea where the positive reviews were bought but the hotel is directly located at a 4-lane-highway which is noisy. Especially in the mornings, when loads of motorcycles rush by and wake you up at 6 o‘clock am. The restaurants are not sufficient for the amount of people so we didnt get dinner on arrival day (since we did not have a reservation) and we didnt get breakfast since the line was for a waiting time of about 30 minutes. We left this place immediately after the first night of 4 nights which were originally planned.

Hotel room is big and nice, the coffee provided in the room is very nice, must try, gym room is good, however the swimming pool is relatively small and crowded, the TV do not have smart tv function, e.g netflix, youtube…..

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff here are very friendly and the food was excellent. Unfortunately for our stay there was a typhoon warning and terrible weather so we didnt get to go in the pool but it looks amazing, will have to go back to get in that pool!
